Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying opportunities, developing high-quality leads, and supporting client acquisition across healthcare IT services. This role blends strategic outreach, consultative selling, and stakeholder engagement within the healthcare and digital transformation space.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business development initiatives targeting healthcare providers, NHS organisations, and health-tech partners.
Design and execute high-conversion outreach strategies for healthcare IT services (e.g. EHR systems, integrations, data solutions).
Develop and manage tailored sales pipelines, from lead generation through to contract close.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align client needs with suitable IT solutions.
Create and refine value propositions, proposals, and service offerings for healthcare clients.
Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
Identify inefficiencies in lead qualification and sales processes and implement improvements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders.
Contribute to market research, opportunity discovery, and expansion into new healthcare verticals.
Key Achievements You Will Drive
Generation of qualified inbound and outbound healthcare IT leads.
Improved sales processes and pipeline efficiency.
Revenue growth through consultative and relationship-driven selling.

Requirements
Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (healthcare or IT preferred).
Strong understanding of consultative sales and relationship management.
Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working with CRM systems, pipelines, and performance tracking.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
UK-based with the right to work in the UK.
