Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying opportunities, developing high-quality leads, and supporting client acquisition across healthcare IT services. This role blends strategic outreach, consultative selling, and stakeholder engagement within the healthcare and digital transformation space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development initiatives targeting healthcare providers, NHS organisations, and health-tech partners.

  • Design and execute high-conversion outreach strategies for healthcare IT services (e.g. EHR systems, integrations, data solutions).

  • Develop and manage tailored sales pipelines, from lead generation through to contract close.

  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align client needs with suitable IT solutions.

  • Create and refine value propositions, proposals, and service offerings for healthcare clients.

  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.

  • Identify inefficiencies in lead qualification and sales processes and implement improvements.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Contribute to market research, opportunity discovery, and expansion into new healthcare verticals.

Requirements
  • Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (healthcare or IT preferred).

  • Strong understanding of consultative sales and relationship management.

  • Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, pipelines, and performance tracking.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

  • UK-based with the right to work in the UK.
