Role Overview

We are looking for a Healthcare IT Business Analyst to support the delivery of healthcare technology projects by analysing clinical and operational requirements, defining system specifications, and enabling seamless integration across digital platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations and technical delivery, requiring strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of healthcare systems and data flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements for healthcare applications and systems

• Analyse clinical and administrative workflows to support system design and optimisation

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications

• Support integration between healthcare systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and third-party platforms

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project delivery

• Support testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate system functionality

• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards, governance, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within healthcare or health-tech environments

• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, and digital transformation projects

• Experience with system integration and interoperability between platforms

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements

• Experience working in regulated environments with data protection and compliance considerations

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Employment Details
